Nothing is Almost Always an Option

Decide, move, do something. We have to figure out how to solve this problem. There has to be a way to make this work, we have to deliver on what was asked.

Except, we don't always have to do that.

Far too often we forget what might be the best option at the current moment, and that is simply to do nothing.

Not every idea we have is worth Custard's last stand, not every feature request is worth pouring all our energy, time, and money into. Sometimes the best answer is to wait and see, or to actively choose to avoid investing in something that appears it could have marginal returns, and the potential for massive costs.

You get to choose, and sometimes doing nothing is a valid choice.
